During our visit back to Arizona, I got to meet my new niece Charlotte. She’s about four months old and very cute. Didn’t hear her cry once, but from what everyone else tells me (mainly her mother and great grandmother), she’s not the happiest baby all the time! My sister-in-law dressed her in a very appropriate shirt for our first meeting.
This is Charlotte’s big sister Emma, who we (Brandon and I) referred to as “Bookcase” for months leading up to her arrival. If you are a fan of 30 Rock, there was one episode where the blonde secretary said she was going to name her kid “Hat” or some other random object’s name. We were super into that show back then, so that sort of stuck. Bookcase is three now and cute as can be. She actually asked me to go outside and take pictures so she could model… What? I don’t have to bribe you? … a photographer’s dream!
And one shot of the sweetest dog in the world, Socks. I wonder how many dogs with white feet are named Socks. I thought it was a brilliant name back then.
